Delete your Reelkaar account
You can delete your account at any time, from the Reelkaar app or by writing to us.
In the Reelkaar app
- Open the Reelkaar app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.
By email
Write to support@reelkaar.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number you sign in with. We may ask you to confirm it's you, and we delete the account within 3 days of confirming.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your sign-in sessions on every device, and your phone's notification registration.
- Any reel booking still waiting in an event queue is cancelled.
- If you offer services, your Reelkaar profile is taken off the site.
Download any reels you want to keep before deleting your account: you won't be able to sign in to download them afterwards.
What we may keep
Records other people rely on stay, without your name or contact details: for example an event's booking history, reviews you wrote and messages you sent, which remain visible to the people you sent them to. We may also keep information where the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse. See our Privacy Policy for details.
